Located in the tranquil atmosphere of Ildır, our facility is 15 km from the center of Alaçatı and 22 km from the center of Çeşme. We are situated in a peaceful location by the sea, far from the hustle and bustle of the city.
Can I reach central locations by public transportation?
Yes, getting there is quite easy. Public transportation heading toward Çeşme and Alaçatı passes right in front of our facility.
How far is the beach?
We offer our guests two different beach options. Depending on your preference, one of our beaches is a 150-meter walk away, while the other is a 350-meter walk away.
Does the hotel have a parking lot?
Yes, we have a free private parking lot on-site for guests arriving by car.
How do I get to Izmir Adnan Menderes Airport?
The airport is approximately 80 km away. You can book our paid private transfer service in advance or use the Havaş/bus options.

What is included in the Half-Board package?
Your stay includes a generous buffet-style breakfast and dinner. Our service begins with dinner on the day of arrival and concludes with breakfast on the day of departure.
Is food and beverage service available on-site or at the beach?
Yes, we offer food and beverage service all day long, both at the hotel and in our beach area. We also sell alcoholic beverages on-site, and you can take advantage of these services at an additional cost.
Are there any activities and entertainment options for children?
As a family-friendly resort, we haven’t forgotten our little guests. Our Mini Club and entertainment team, which operate on specific dates throughout the season, are ready to add some fun to your children’s vacation.
Are there any time restrictions on pool use?
In accordance with hygiene and safety standards, our pools are open from 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM. Pool treatment and cleaning are performed in the evenings.

Reservation and Cancellation Policy
If I want to cancel my reservation, will I receive a refund?
Refunds are issued for cancellations notified to us at least 3 days (72 hours) prior to the check-in date.
Are there any exceptions to the cancellation policy?
The 3-day refund guarantee does not apply to public holidays, holiday seasons, and special promotional (non-refundable) periods.
Do I need to make a deposit when booking?
Depending on the rate type you select, a deposit or credit card guarantee may be required to confirm your reservation. Details are provided in the reservation confirmation form.
What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is at 2:00 PM, and check-out is by 11:00 AM at the latest. Late check-out requests are subject to an additional fee, depending on availability.
How does the payment and confirmation process work?
Reservations made through our online reservation system or via our customer service line are considered confirmed once you receive the confirmation message.
