Applicable Conditions:

The hotel has the right to revise the prices according to the conditions of the day.
The agency cannot change the prices of the post to the agency for any reason and in case of a change, the hotel has the right to cancel the contract unilaterally.
Prices are Agent Prices including VAT and Agency Commission.
Between 17.05.2019 / 22.09.2019, ALKOL EXTRA ALL INCLUDED will be provided.
The number of places in the season can be increased later depending on the room sale status. Additional quota can be given. The hotel has the right to revise the prices according to the conditions of the day.
The hotel has the right to stop the sale by taking the Stop Sale at the time of occupancy.

Standart Room max 3 pax, Akay Plus Room max 2 pax, Family Suite Room max 4 pax,
Dublex Villa Suite Room max. 6 pax

is suitable for accommodation.
Our room sales are not required to be a minimum overnight stay at normal prices and the package sales will be applied until the day determined in the festive periods and the sales should not be done by the agencies.
Rooms with early check-out during special occasions and holidays will be considered net sales and No-Show rules will be applied if canceled.
2019 Ramadan Bayram period minimum 3 nights / Eid-Al-Adha period minimum 4 nights will be applied as a restricted sale.
No-Show rules will be applied if the cancellation of confirmed reservations is not canceled within the last 48 hours.
If there is no force majeure from the moment the guest enters the hotel, the No-Show rule will be applied as 1 night if there is no force majeure.
1.EB period, 15% EB discount until the date of contract, 08 April 2019, 2.EB period, between 09 April 2019 and 31 May 2019, except for Ramadan, 10% will be applied on net prices. Payment of EB period sales EB will be paid in full within 7 days.
Due to the lack of competition with other agencies, the hotel should not change the postage price to any agency, for any reason. Otherwise, the hotel is entitled to unilaterally terminate the contract with the agency which does not comply with the prices.
